For cutting PVC pipe where the cutting point cannot be reached with a hacksaw, this tool is indispensable. Slip one end under the PVC pipe, use a back & forth sawing move and the pipe cut is done. Wore out the first one used for years; this is a replacement.

The cable saw worked well, however, I must have moved too fast or with too much pressure because the handle snapped off one end half way through the cut. I was able to finish by using pliers on he damaged end to finish the cut. The cable was still functional and did finish the cut, just lost a handle do to heat fatigue.
