Ummm, it worked. Not much else to say, it is not a difficult process.
ISE has an instruction video on the web. The disposal needs to be off (I took the further step to unplug it). On the bottom of the disposal there is a hex slot. Insert the wrench there and give a few good twists.
It worked with ours and seems pretty standard for most disposals.
Slightly off set to give you a better working angle.

Allen wrenches come in different sizes, but I couldn't find the right one to fit. I bought this and it worked! I am sure it's a universal fit for all models.
