how high is the seat?

The height of the bowl packaged with K-78279-0 measures 16-1/2" from the floor to the top of the bowl without the seat installed. The seat adds 1-15/16" of height to the bowl. Are bone and biscuit the same color

Is the back of toilet cover supposed to be at a slant and not flat
