Is the mixing valve included

Can I combine with with a tub faucet and what additional controls or valves are needed?
Hell Jeff, this is Lisa with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to assist with your question. The HydroRail shower column will require a valve like our Rite-Temp® pressure-balancing valve, K-8304-KS-NA. A diverter tub spout can be plumbed from the bottom port of this valve. When the shower valve is turned on, the diverter tub spout will be the default port and then you can use the diverter on the spout to divert to your HydroRail. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
How much weight can the storage baskets hold?
Is there a way to mount the rain shower head further than the 7.5 inches from the rest of the unit? It seems kind of close to function as a true rain shower.
