          A:  The Mini Level does not have magnets. If you are are looking for a small "pocket" level with magnets, I would recommend, Husky 4in. Handy level, # 246M-H, Kapro Cyclops Cast pocket level #846-D or Kapro 3.5 in Magnetic Smarty level #946M.

                A:  The level will work vertically, in that the "wheel" level can be set to 90°. The wheel is actually a nice feature. You can set the level on a slope, turn the wheel until it's "level", and read the degrees on the dial to get the slope.

                  Quality product at a bargin price
                  Compact, sturdy plastic case, very accurate, light weight, and at a great bargain price. I purchased this not for work around the house, but to use with my black powder mortars so I can check the angle of the barrel for optimum range. And this handy little tool is perfect! This little level is very well made, and should last a lifetime. I'm very happy with this little gem.
