Contents do not match package
Upon opening the package, imagine my surprise to find that the web was apparently manufactured without the two black fore and aft bungie cords. Without these black cords, installing the web over any load is extremely difficult. I have several of these webs and they all have black fore and aft cords. Is the lack of the black bungies new?
