Works great and love the fact it comes with a handful of connectors. I haven’t used the phone connectors yet but did use it on a cat 5 cable. The directions were just pretty straight forward, took me about 10 minutes fo my first cable since I had never put a new end on a network cable before. The 2nd one was done in just a couple mins! I’m excited to have this as I don’t know how many times the ends get damaged on my cables and I end up throwing them away and getting a new one. Now I can just cut the end off and crimp a new one on! The tool seems to be of good quality and should last me a very long time! If your looking for a good quality affordable cat 5 or phone connector kit give this one a shot you won’t be disappointed!

well made tool. somewhat tricky to use without a demo or previous experience. enclosed instructions are poor for a Klein product. cutting & crimping cable are straightforward but stripping insulation takes getting used to. overall with practice I became proficient with it; all crimped terminals proved functional when tested. a keeper.

Good, solid product
Good quality overall. Could have had more Ethernet RJ45 connectors rather than phone line connectors, but enough for most single house projects. Also, the rubber boot protectors for cable ends would have been a great addition.
