I got this for two reasons - I'm tired of replacing batteries and I was hoping it was lighter weight than a lamp that uses batteries. So it recharges nicely and since I don't use a headlamp frequently I don't know how long a charge lasts. And I feel this weighs about the same as a headlamp that uses batteries. Overall, I'm glad I got this I like the different light levels and the brightness.

The Klein tools headlamp is a great headlamp. Like all Klein tool I have they are of the best quality. Built to last along time. The straps are pretty comfortable. Made from a soft stretchy material. The inside part that goes against your head is a soft rubbery material. The strap is adjustable to fit just about any sized head. The light is also adjustable it tilts 4 different angles. The light has two brightness's. It also has a pencil holder on the strap which I found it to be more trouble than its worth. It has two clips on it I would guess for 2 different size pencils. One is to big for standard size pencil the other one the pencil snaps on from the top and it's pretty tight. so getting it off when you need it makes it a little difficult without pulling the whole lamp off your head. I'm sure it will just take a little getting used to and it will be fine. I do recommend it.

This is a very versatile head light. There are two brightness settings; the angle of the light is adjustable; it works with on the headband; on both the front and back of the Klein hard hat; and it has a magnet on the back so it can be attached to the steel parts under the hood of a car as well as onto steel studs and even on the head of a nail as pictured.
While 250 lumens (the high setting) may not seem like much it, is more than adequate and I found myself using the lower light setting when doing close work. I had the light on the bright setting when I took the picture of the water heater with the lights out and the door closed. The high setting is great for getting around in dark places. Note: Don’t look directly into the light when you turn it on as it is painfully bright.
The adjustable angle of the light really helps when working on something close up. There are four angle settings besides straight forward and they lock in place.
I found that it is easy to attach to every place I mentioned.
The clip for the pencil and marking pen worked very well for the marking pen but the pencil holder was a little tight.
I also found it to be helpful that there are three color LED lights to indicate the level of charge in the rechargeable battery.

Super bright head light with the power to last the whole day and more. The wide array of LEDs is great for lighting the area I am looking at - see video.
The lamp angle is easy to put in just the right place and the light switch is large and easy to find and operate. The lock lever releases the light without any fuss. The powerful magnet at the rear of the light holds fast for a mini area work light. The headband has a wide range of adjustment and sits comfortably in place without shifting. The charging LEDs are informative at a glance and a USB charging cord is provided. The product is good quality with a shock and waterproof body. The marker holder is handy to have too.

Very bright headlamp that is rechargeable. Probably my favorite feature of this head lamp is that its rechargeable. My other two headlamps take AAAs and a few hours of crawling around the attic or wherever kills the batteries. Now I can recharge the lamp in between jobs/days. The headlamp has two modes; high (260 lumens) and low (125 lumens). I couldn't get good pictures of the brightness because my camera adjusted for both but high is so bright you cannot look into it. On high, the battery will last 9 hours and on low it will last 14 hours which is a great duration and the lamp has a battery indicator function. The light is nice and bright in either mode and the lamp can be tilted down up to 64 degrees. The lamp will also fit on my Klein tools hard hat. The lamp comes with a relatively comfortable headstrap and a 15" USB to USB-C cable. Note, it is USB-C and not the more common USB-mini charger end. This headlamp is made in China.

Great for lighting up work in confined space! This light has an array of LED's that provide 270 lumens of light that is spread out to light up a larger area. The light will run a long time after being fully charged. The manufacturer says 9 hours on high setting and 14 on low setting. I let it run on high for 6 hours and it was still as bright as when I started. So I have no doubt it will run as long as Klein says. The cloth strap is comfortable to wear around you head. The light easily clips and unclips from it. The strap has a tactile coating on the inside so it will stay on your hard hat. The light can be clipped onto Klein hard hats. It also has a magnet on the back to conveniently attach it to ferrous metal surfaces. (See Photos/video)

Klein Tools Rechargeable Light Array Headlamp with Fabric Strap is well done and sturdy. I already have another one by a different company, using it for years and it sure comes in handy. I like the rechargeable battery because it comes with a fuel meter on the side. It uses light bars that tell you how much charge is available. I think it is a necessity now that they are around, especially in portable lighting because you don't want to be caught in the dark half way finished with what you're doing.
It has a number of features that are new from my old unit. It is magnetized so can be worn on the strap or attached to a pipe or metal enclosure like a steel cabinet while working. The light has a tilt feature that can be angled downward because that is where it's needed on top of your cap or helmet. The strap is far better than my other one. This strap has plenty of elasticity in it and will stay tight and adjusted longer. The biggest plus is the light. It is very bright, rated at 260 lumens for such a small LED light source. It comes with two light brightness settings, high and low, by clicking on the button. The high setting, 260 lumens, can last nine hours and the the low setting, 125 lumens, fourteen hours before recharging. This is fine for most in finishing what they are doing during the day. It is the perfect replacement for my old headlamp, rugged, provides a superior light source.

I have a couple rechargeable headlamps and I have to say this is my favorite one to use. With a full charge it last about 10 hours before the battery dies on you. When you charge it now it takes 6 hours to be fully charge. This is a very bright light 260 high and 125 low. This light will tilt and it comes with a head band and has a handy holder for your marker and a carpenter pencil. The strap is very comfortable it won't give you a headache when you are wearing it all day. Has a magnet on the back to mount to metal and tilt adjust as needed. It even comes with a charging usb-c cable. This is a very good headlamp you really will like it and it be one that last along time.

I love Klein and have a lot of it.
I have a couple of their Hard Hats. I regretted not getting them with the included Headlamp (310653424); the combo is a better deal. Having bought this, I no longer have regrets. This is brighter (260 High /125 Low vs 150 High / 50 Low), Lasts longer (9hrs High / 14hrs Low vs 6hrs High / 10hrs Low) and has rechargeable batteries (which is huge for me, because I do not waste anything, and fading batteries are a conundrum).
The light is bright. It tilts (5 setting angles). It comes with a head band; which is strong enough to hold it, but not so strong to cause marks or a headache. Has a magnet on its back; to mount to metal and tilt adjust as needed. Also, comes with USB-C charging cable.
Great product for those times you wish you had more light to see what you are doing (which for me, is most projects).
