Rechargeable Personal Worklight

Really nice compact rechargeable work light that can be used as a phone charger in a pinch... Klein clearly spent a lot of time thinking through the design of this flashlight and as someone that has quite a lot of flashlights, I find this is an excellent addition to a tool bag due to its compact size and versatility - it even glows in the dark! PROS: - compact size - base allows it to be placed on a horizontal surface, hooked over a nail, clipped over a pipe (up to 3/4 inch diameter) or stuck onto a metal surface using the built in magnet - two axes of rotation on the base allows the light to be angled in pretty much any direction - two brightness levels - works as a phone charger: NOTE if the light is not already on you have to turn it on to get the phone to charge, but once it starts charging you can turn the light off - built in power meter on the side shows how much charge is left - comes with micro-usb charging cable - GLOWS IN THE DARK :-) CONS: - does not include a charger, but not really a biggie since you can charge using one of the many USB chargers you already have or the USB/cigarette power outlet in your vehicle The only reservation I have is that the lease may scratch easily since mine already was a bit scuffed when I pulled it out of the packaging just from rubbing on the plastic blister pack.

It's Wicked Bright! I was not expecting anything this small to be so bright! Klein has made a compact rechargeable light that is very sturdy feeling and extremely bright. The base rotates and tilts to let you aim it in any direction, and the base also has a magnet and a carabiner built in that is large enough to clip over 1/2" conduit. As an added bonus, you can also use it as a battery-bank, and charge a USB powered device off this battery. It has a "battery gauge" on the side which is a multi- segment indicator that shows you how much battery is left. The "on" button cycles through high / low / off, which are really "wicked bright", "bright" and "off". It charges using a "micro-USB" type of cable, which is included, in case you don't already have 300 of them sitting around. The package says it will produce 460 lumens for 9 hours or 175 lumens for 16 hours. It has a IP54 "Ingress Protection" which may be the only "not awesome" feature. This could be better. This means it is protected against limited amounts of dust and "water splashed from all directions". It is not meant to be submerged or subjected to streams of water (like a hose or ship deck).

The quality and the versatility of this work light is amazing. Probably most important is the brightness of the light. It is VERY bright. It has a high and low light level. Even the low level is quite bright. Swivel capability---the light itself can swivel 360 degrees around it's base. The base maintains the lamp's stability. In addition to swiveling the lamp can be tilted from the base. It can be tilted while at a degree swivel also. Mounting--it can be magnetically mounted (and the magnet is very strong), or using the built in carabiner it can be hung. Charging is via a USB port (USB cord is included) through the computer or your phone or an electric outlet. With the electric outlet you need an adapter which is not included. This is a great work light which I highly recommend.

Light came shipped very fast. This is the first led utility light I have ever bought. I have a old school battery 18v light. This is the perfect size and SUPER bright light for working with. With the built in D ring and stand Klein has thought of everything for a portable and very useful utility light. I does take about 2 hours to charge all the way for the first charge. You have to use a usb cable to charge the light. All in all I would not expect anything else but the best from Klein Tools

I'm always searching for a new flashlight and I absolutely love this one made by Klein Tools. Its about the size of a cell phone but is quite bright, has two brightness setting and a lot of other features. It can charge your phone or other device, has a stand and rotating head that can turn practically any direction, and even a carabiner clip. It also has a magnet. The next day after receiving this flashlight I took it to work with me, working underneath sinks to replace kitchen and bath faucets. Usually a pretty dark environment. This little flashlight instantly lit up the entire cabinet underneath, even when I bumped it and it turned to face the side it still projected light everywhere, was small enough to stay out of the way and stayed bright for a long time. I was even able to charge my phone while I worked, something I'm not always able to do and even if I don't need the light itself this now doubles as my power source when working where I do not have charging capabilities. I don't know if it's advertised for it or not but I accidentally dumped a bunch of water on the light and nothing happened. unless the manufacturer says its okay to do so, I wouldn't recommend it but still wanted to share that it handled a situation it probably wasn't designed for. I was even able to use it to illuminate a narrow stud bay to chase down a pinhole leak, something larger light might have difficulty with. Highly recommended. This is my new favorite light.

This is a great work light! It easily recharges via USB, and has LED indicators on the side to indicate the level of charge. Once charged, it is easy to operate, one press for high, one press for low, then a third press for off. Light will swivel, and has a carabiner built in for easy hanging. It will also double as a power bank and charge your phone if necessary. The light is very bright, and extremely useful. This is a great tool!

I am a very big fan of Klein tools. I'm not even an electrician I'm a painter. All there screwdrivers ,tape measures, pliers and all there other tool are top of the line. This work light is no different. Very compact it measures at 5" x 2" which I measured with my Klein tape measure. It's got a magnet on the back for hanging it on a metal surface. The light rotates 360 degrees. the folding stand has many different positions. It has a notch in the stand for hanging it on a nail or a carabiner for hanging it on conduit. You can even charge your phone off it. It is super bright as well with hi and low beams. Highly recommend it.

This is an amazing portable LED work light. Included is an integrated carabiner to hang the light in a convenient work location. Also includes is a magnet located on the back of the light for attaching to metallic surfaces. The adjustable stand also provides lots of angles so that you can find the perfect location. The light includes a USB port for charging, but you will need to provide the wall adapter. The charging LEDs flash while charging until fully charged and then the green LEDs stay illuminated. This light provides lots of light, and there are two settings so you can select the one that best works for you. Small but very powerful.

This light is very small and very bright. In the picture you can compare the size to several typical small flashlights. This light is easily pocket-sized, but much brighter than any other small light I have. On the back is a combination folding stand / carabiner / magnet, which gives this light literally infinite mounting possibilities. The manual says it should be recharged every three months, so it is also a pretty good emergency light. Strictly an area light, there is no beam, but the extreme brightness makes up for that somewhat. The placement of the button encourages you to point it at yourself when you turn it on, something you'll quickly learn not to do! Also waterproof enough to survive in the rain or even a quick dunk. Interesting feature: glow-in-the-dark material around the LEDs makes it easy to find if you switch it off in the dark.
