A:  No, this is a multi-bit screwdriver, not a voltage tester. Please note this screwdriver is not insulated.

A:  No, this is a stubby screwdriver. Search "non contact voltage detector", that's what you're looking for. What on Earth would make you think this was a voltage detector??

Q:Are the unused bits stored in the handle, like the Milwaukee stubby, and if so, are they hard to get out (like the Milwaukee stubby)?

              Answer This Question

A:  The bits and main shaft remove and invert that’s it. Good tips fit the screws well, I like it.

              by|Feb 27, 2020

A:  Pull out the shaft completely, then pull the bits out of each end of the shaft--four bits total. The shaft itself, once bits are removed, can be used as a nut driver: 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch nuts per the specs. There is a square head bit version of this tool, also sold by Home Depot.

A:  The extra bits are stored in the shaft of the tool. You just pull them out and switch ends.

A:  The tips are flip tip. Very easy to change tips.

A:  The Klein Tools model # 32561 Stubby Multi-Bit Screwdriver is not designed for use with standard 1 in. bits.

A:  I would say no. The bits that come with the screwdriver are 1-1/4 long and have a spring loaded friction ball to hold the bit in place. I tried a inch bit from a Dewalt bit set and it barely protruded from the nut insert an slid out with no restintance.

Works great for small spaces and/or small hands. Although, be mindful that when using alternate bits, the magnetic hold isn't very strong at all. Very good little multi-use screwdriver. Yes, 5 out of 5 stars.

I definately would recommend this Klein Tools Stubby. I've been working in electric for about a year now & I found Klein to be the most reliable on the jobsite. Changing the bits is very easy. When working in tight spaces this Stubby Multi is a real life-saver!

                                Well built, convenient little screwdriver.
This is a good quality compact screwdriver. I saw them available, and having used another Klein (full sized) screwdriver for years, bought this one. My only possible complaint is that if you manage to wear out a tip, you're out of luck since these are not "standard" tips like you would buy for your power tools, but on the same note, you're far less likely to break the tips when tightening something by hand, particularly with a stubby screwdriver. Good quality, fair price, and all in a compact package.

I've managed to get by for years with my drivers, albeit not always easily, but my current project forced me to get a stubby. When I found this Klein on sale it was an easy decision. The stubby has a nice grip and feels good in the hand. It gets into those tight spots easily, and the multi bit makes it very versitile. The shaft does feel a bit stiff when changing out bits, but nothing too bad. Overall, this feels like a quality tool that I can recommend.
