The bits will fit in a 1/4" bit holder. Please note the bits are not impact rated.

The set does not include a cover.

I bought this set some time ago but as I recall it is as pictured and does not come with a handle. I used different adapters depending on what the job called for. The most common being the shanks that fit in drills and socket sets. They work pretty well. Hope this helps.

The sizes of the four spanner bits in this set are #4, #6, #8, and #10.

I don't believe so. The bits are hardened steel. If it was shorted to very high current, it might, but not exposed to household current.

I would say any steal bit would "melt" The AC voltage ark I'm assuming your speaking of, is vary strong and no steal bit would come out of that undamaged "melted".

Bit always will be damaged

The Klein Tools model # 32525 Tamperproof Bit Set is not insulated and not designed for use on live circuits. If you short a wire on these bits they will most likely be damaged.

I haven't exposed my set to an electrical charge, but with minimal amperage, just about any metal tip will melt. If you're going to be working with live circuits, you may want to wrap your driver to avoid short circuit arcs...
