This is a good quality bag for securing and moving tools up and down regardless of your line of work.

The bucket is 12 inches around and 15 inches high, which provides ample space for holding tools and bulky items. Klein once again proves their products are made to last! This bucket stands at 14.5" tall with an ID of 11" . The vinyl is sewed into a durable plastic bottom. The bucket is rated to hold up to 100lbs as well as the strap. The 3in "D" hook is made in Italy, and rated at 150lbs lifting capacity. The hook has a opening of 1in and is fixed with a spring loaded clip. Pictured here the two buckets are virtually the same size.

this tool bucket is great. firm sturdy bottom. easily folding/collapsing walls helps to transport and store. carrying strap with swivel snap on top is perfect for any ladder work. keeps bag from getting twisted or dumping. klein always makes well built tools and accessories, and this bucket is no exception. large enough inside to fit tape, tools (including drills), nails, or anything you might need on the roof.

The straps are made of thick nylon webbing and it has a heavy duty brass swivel clip. I have a mobile home that has a 12 foot high roof and I picked up this bucket to be able to move my tools up and down.

the multi purpose bucket when i first looked it up i had a an understanding that vinyl was soft and not durable because its used in inflatables balls and pool toys but i gave it a try and found its a really high quality bucket that can be folded down and pulled up in turn the vinyl has woven fabric to give it toughness for hoisting loads and tools up and down and i have used it for a camera tripod stabilizer with the hook in the bottom of my tripod and a heavy rock in it to keep the camera firm so not only is this good for work sites but also a good thing for photographers to have and i can think of a million other uses for this. the klein bucket has changed my opinion on vinyl products

A durable, high visibility bag. The vinyl material is pretty strong, holds its shape and water resistant. The bottom is a tough plastic with drain holes incase water gets in bag so tools aren't sitting in a standing water. The clasp is a good size and should clip to most things. The overall size is actually pretty large, larger then anticipated. Another fine product from Klein.

I also have the one with the lid. Though I actually prefer that one because you can close it up and throw your tools in the truck without worrying about them falling out. Either way they are sturdy and can hold a lot of tools or whatever you want to use it for. You can almost use it as a cooler! The hook on the handle strap is also slightly different than the one with the lid. I prefer this one on that point. It has a hard plastic platform bottom so it stays upright when setting it down. It is lighter weight and less cumbersome than a traditional tool box and you can fir it in more places. My girlfriend wants to use it as a beach bag so I told her to go buy one. LOL.
