This soft, quiet mattress protector is made from quiet, ultra-thin material that is breathable and maintains a comfortable sleeping temperature. The LUCID Mattress Protector has a cozy terry fabric top surface that does not change the feel or sound of the mattress while providing excellent top-of-mattress protection against liquids, dust mites and allergens. A thin, quiet polyurethane membrane repels liquids and fluids to protect your mattress and your mattress warranty from stains. This liquid-proof barrier has tiny pores that allow air to pass for breathability and a comfortable sleep temperature. Because they survive on dead skin cells and bodily fluids, up to 2 million dust mites can live in your unprotected mattress. Exposure to dust mites has been linked to the development of asthma in young children. Additionally, dust mites have been shown to be a leading cause of allergies and eczema. LUCID mattress protectors cut off the food supply to dust mites, making it impossible for them to survive. Fitted sheet-style mattress protector has a fully elasticized skirt and deep pockets that keeps the protector tightly in place on mattresses depths up to 22 in.     Will this mattress protector keep my puppy's accidents away from the mattress?

While pets are cute and cuddly, their nails or teeth can puncture through the protector when they jump on the bed or are playing on the bed. If this happens, it could cause the protector to leak or even fail in the event of an accident. However, this protector is guaranteed to be 100% waterproof when used as advertised on a bed.     It should be fin over a memory foam mattress

    Hello, my mattress is 12.5" deep. The description of this product says it covers up to 22"-will this be too big for mine or is it just really stretchy?

    Lucid Lucid Polyester Queen Premium Waterproof Mattress Protector, White That was what worried me, but wife says it fits perfectly. She says ours is 15" deep, and the protector is stretchy. It stays in place a lot better then other ones we've used.

    This mattress protector fits great around my daughters bed. I like that it is soft and cushiony on the top to give a little extra padding and if her sheets come off, it will still be soft and not plasticky. I was struggling to find something that would keep the bed comfortable but also waterproof as this is for my daughters bed, very satisfied with this product!

    So my son's diaper fell off and he leaked on the bed. I removed everything to wash it only to find my mattress was slightly damp and smelled of urine. Not sure what they meant by "protects against all liquids." They could technically mean for 5 seconds and still be truthful. I wouldn't buy this again. Someone likemy family probably needs plain old plastic.

    This is a nice, quality mattress protector. It kept my mattress in perfect condition after my young son had an accident in our bed. It was easy to wash and still looked brand new after washing it.

    Love this item. I always put covers over my kids mattresses for safety and to avoid the obvious. This one was not hard to put on, very thick and soft at the same time. Doesnt make noise like those cheaper versions whenever you move at night. Great purchase
