The Large Cable Cuff PRO will hold a 3" bundle. It will work for a 100ft 12ga extension cord. Please note that the size of the loops of your coiled cord is a factor. If you need a larger solution please use the MEGA Cuff.
Please try the MEGA Cuff for larger heavy gauge cords.
Thank you for your question. The medium size Cable Cuff PRO will be the best size for standard 25-foot and 50-foot extension cords. Please note, however, that there are different ways to bundle and coil extension cords, so a large Cable Cuff PRO can be used in some instances.
Use it to hang the cuff on a hook or nail on a wall. Or tie a loop of rope on it to hang the cuff on something bigger.
Why did you buy it? I use it to secure a rolled up cord...it is like a ratchet latch... unlock the “jaw” and put in the open loop whatever you want to secure, then push the open end into the ratched hole and push until you have it tight as you want to hold whatever. I absolutely think it has many uses, you just need it near by so you see it as you work on projects. OR maybe just think of it as a tie lock where you just slide in the end until it is tight on whatever you are binding up.
Mine is holding a 100 foot 3-14 electrical extension cord, which is about 4 lbs.. I wouldn't hang anything larger.
