Questions & Answers
Is there an on/off switch on the bottom of the candle?
Yes, you need to turn on the switch at the bottom before using the remote. If you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.
I set the timer on this candle for four (4) hours at 3:00 a.m. and it went off in 4 hours (7:00 a.m.). But interestingly, the candle went on again at the same time the next morning. Is this how the timer is supposed to work? Just curious! Thank you!
Yes. The candle will turn on and off at the same time each day once set. I hope this answers your question.
