The Legrand Wiremold 700 series raceway is ideal for surface mounting small amounts of electrical wiring or communication cables. Surface metal raceway allows you to add fixtures and outlets without disturbing the drywall, plaster or insulation in your home. It is also ideal for adding wire when you can't go into the wall, such as on concrete foundations or brick walls. Combine with other 700 series connectors, fittings, and channel to ensure you have the right customization for every project.

Q:is the wire in a jacket or individual

A:  The wire is sold separately. We recommend using THHN or THNN wiring.

    A:  The raceway acts as a conduit (except its pretty much square) so you have to put in your own wires. Get a good fish tape (not metal) and some wire lube. Try not to use too many wires. I Got 4 "12s in there I think.

      A:  The V500 typically ends in a device or fixture box, or transitions to a different type of raceway or conduit (we offer fittings for that purpose). Unfortunately, there is no end cap or plug to just close off the end.

        A:  The two hole strap would be needed. We don't provide screws in the kit since every application is different. You would need to look for concrete screws and anchors at your local hardware store.

              A:  It’s easy to figure out the size of the bit & screws when you open it up.

              A:  Is it recommended to use a #8 Panhead screw with the mounting strap. For the support clips we recommend using #8 flat head screws.

                Nice little kit but you may or may not use it it all in your first application. My advice is to buy two in case you use a certain clip or bracket. It is the ideal way to do home electrical on concrete block.
