Shattered within 6 months. Second one to break.
This was the second one of these I bought for my moderately used vacation rental bathroom. The first one lasted about a year before the plastic on it cracked. The second one cracked and them completely shattered within 6 months. Looking at the reviews, I am not the first person to have this happen. I'm trying out a different brand this time.

The Leviton switch was specified by the company that makes Air King Fans and I used two of them to install a new bathroom fan with a two-speed fan, a single bulb everyday light and a night light. The switches work extremely smooth so you do not hear a click when they are turned on or off. I highly recommend using the Leviton Switches. The switches and cover plate look good on the wall.

The Leviton 15 Amp Combination Double Switch performs exactly as one would expect. I had it installed three days ago and it meets my expectations. However I like my switches to SNAP when I flip them. This switch is soft and quiet... most people probably like that.
