These large poles of solid Calcutta bamboo edgings are great as accents in your garden. These are made of 1.5 in. Dia solid bamboo poles for visual enhancement. It is flexible and can be bent to different shapes, such as a circle. The bamboo is drilled and strung together using heavy galvanized wire but designed in a way so that no wire is visible. Comes in rolled form so it is flexible and very easy to install.

Answersorry it was wrong description that we will take out, the bamboo are not cut as description, it is just random cut at length
Could someone provide installation instructions? I see stakes are needed? How is this the done?

AnswerYou can use small wood stakes 2" x 1" to go into the ground securely (Preferably 6" into the ground). then tie the bamboo edging to the stakes, you may use one stake every 2.5 feet length. thanks.

Looks good for a while but then needs replacing
Has a lovely look for a Japanese garden, but doesn't last longer than maybe 2 or 3 seasons. Then it starts losing color, falls apart, breaks down as bamboo does naturally. I really liked it for the 1st 2 years or so, but have to replace to refresh, which I kind of expected having used bamboo before.

I really really like these - they are very well...
I really really like these - they are very well made and beautiful. However, the product description "Top of the poles are cut just above the notch so water will not accumulate in the bamboo poles" is not true. 80%-90% of the poles have holes in the top, which will reduce their lifespan.
