Hello, Call 800-527-0998 and they will be able to walk you through how to sync the remote and wall control to the same frequency. It is fairly simple just by marching dip switches on remote to same dip switch frequency on remote. THX

6-Speed Bluetooth Ceiling Fan Wall Control with Single Pole Wallplate in White for Modern Forms Bluetooth Enabled Fans
Bluetooth wall switches can only be used with Modern Forms Bluetooth compatible Smart Fans. Bluetooth wall controls can control an unlimited amount of fans within 100ft of range. Additional switches can be purchased separately for 3 or 4 way switch setup. Remote control features luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, 6 speed fan setting and Winter/Summer mode buttons. This product only works with Modern Forms Smart Fans. Bluetooth controls only work with Bluetooth models - for RF models please use an RF control (F-WC-WT). All models purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models. To identify a pre-2021 model - examine the existing control. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a remote control, Bluetooth models have a silk screened Bluetooth logo on the front of the remote. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a wall control, the part number of the control is printed on the silver UL label located on the left side of the wall control - F-WC-WT is an RF model and F-WCBT-WT is a Bluetooth model.
