The product specifications indicate a range of up to 3 miles. However, this range is under ideal conditions. Concrete walls and floors will significantly reduce the range. The denser the concrete and the more walls and floors between the radios, the shorter the range will be. There is no way to give an exact range in a building with concrete walls and floors without testing on-site.
I bought 4 of these in May 2018, one is already dead, and I didn't keep the product box. Can I return to Home Depot?
