Product Details

Helps keep produce fresher longer. Fruits and vegetables naturally give off ethylene gas as they ripen. When they absorb the gas, it makes them over-ripen faster. Fresh Flow Produce Preserver replacement packets absorb the ethylene instead, so produce stays fresh up to four days longer.

A:  I have a Whirlpool and use it in there.  You just attach the holder to the back of your produce drawer and insert strip.  It usually lasts about 6 months.

            A:  The packages contains the two pouches that go into the plastic holder but it does not include the holder that is in the back of the crisper drawer. The holder will need to be reused.

            A:  It’s a packet that goes inside a little basket that was was an accessory with the refrigerator. There is a tab on top to remind u when to replace it.

              A:  There is a "basket" at the back of the produce drawer. Place the preserver in the basket (after you've removed the outer packaging). That's it.

                        A:  Place it in the bracket along side the wall of the vegetable bin. You remove the bracket and replace the 2 pouches inside of it. It is removable.

                            Prolongs life of produce
                            I never realized how bad my LG refrigerator was, especially with produce, until I got my Kitchen Aid. I have produce in the drawer that lasts well past the expiration date (e.g. salad mixes). Maybe it's just the refrigerator is better, or the packets, but either way, I'm so happy with the performance.
