Might buy again if stitching an zipper quality fix
I've only used it a few months and the inside pocket tore apart already and two of the zippers broke. The bag won't close now. My first bag didn't have this problem so I'm thinking this one was just flawed.

Does not hold ice for 30 hours
I bought this for my side by side because of the pack out system. The first trip using it I had to add ice every 3-4 hours. I thought well maybe it’s because it sits over the motor. I used it for a parade and the ice still didn’t last all day. The only way ice will last 30 hours is in an air conditioned room that is set at 65 degrees and nobody opens it.

i use this bag at work and its been great up untill the zipper has failed now im gonna have to go back to my old bag

Tape clip back pack
After owning the bag for only a little over a month the tape clip broke. So now I am having to put tape somewhere else. I am also now worried that something else will break or rip. I work in the construction field

Tape holder broke
Bag was great when I first had it for the first month. One side of the tape clip came off the bag
So now I find myself babying the bag It still does a great job holding tools but I’m just waiting for something to break. For the money I paid I think it should have not broke so soon

Dang Zippers
I really did like this bag much more then my Klein or any others I've owned. But like the rest the zippers are the weak. Being packout compatible is great you can throw the slim organizer on and have everything at hand. But then the zipper failed and well as you can guess the customer wasn't pleased with the dents in her wood floor. And well I guess back to the old tool box and multiple trips to the van.

It is a lie that it keeps the ice for 30 hours, the first day for lunch there was no ice anymore! They do not last more than 5 hours, it is not good to keep things cold!

PACKOUT
Honestly Milwaukee is a great brand name and they always have tools that will get the job done and anything you buy you know that it's of good quality with that being said this backpack is great for hauling around lots of different types of tools but you have to fit him in there like a puzzle they all only fit one way so that it can zip properly the tape measure clip on the side of the bag is coming loose but other than that great product
