Maximum Comfort, But Not Durability
I am foreman on a crew doing general carpentry work, building houses, remodeling, and decks. All we run is Milwaukee tools because we like to get stuff done. I acquired the performance knee pads about 3 weeks ago (6/12/2021) because I have a knee I injured while roofing a while back. I was very impressed with the comfort level the knee pads had and started wearing them all day everyday except for roofing (they are to thick to use on all but the shallowest pitches). While I was laying deck boards on a deck, I suddenly felt the right pad go slack. Looking down I saw that the grommet that holds the strap to the pad had ripped out. I was not impressed with the grommet design.

Not a fan
First off I’m a big fan of Milwaukee. You name it I probably have it. I live in knee pads and these are not good whatsoever. The cushion is nice but everything else they missed on. Have you ever seen a woman loose her balance in high heels? That’s what these things are like. After 1 day I took them off and threw them in the trash.

I use knee pads on a daily basis and I think this is a excellent product but I also think there should be a rubber grip on the outside for grip instead of a hard plastic.
