Not sure ifcthis helps you or not, but I just got off the phone with Milwaukee. They said that the wheel assembly is considered a non warranty item. The wheel assembly is available for $49 hope that helps handle is also available but i didnt get the price
Sorry, but I don't know how to get this situation resolved because I've not had a problem with mine. Fortunately, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Bring in a copy of the deal on your phone and ask the cashier. From my experience the cashier will ask their sup if it’s a big difference. And then it’s hit and miss. The manager almost always says that they can’t because the other retailer is not a direct competitor yet their policy is pretty straightforward. They’re pretty weird about matching but in my experience have always done it. I’ve been firm and not unruly and they’ve always ultimately done it. If you’re a pro customer it’s much easier through the pro desk but I usually just go straight to a register. I had them match a bunch of Packouts to Napa and Northern tool recently and saved tons of money. At the end of the day I could have gone through those retailers but since I’m at HD so often it’s more convenient to spend a few minutes waiting for them to match than to have to drive across town or order online. I never ask for the extra 10% off that their policy claims they will give you to beat the price but you can always try to save more money that way.
