This worked out great. The tubing required between the adapter and the transmission fluid pump was a standard 5/16 ID vinyl tubing size. The funny part is it was the pump and control valve for this was a new Greenwood 2-gallon home a garden sprayer. I just removed the spray nozzle and pumped fluid. 2008 Mercedes CLK350 has a 7 speed Transmission and the so-called specialty items came through HD.

did not use with Mityvac system but rather home made pump set-up to refill Mercedes 722.9 transmission. 5/16 ID vinyl tubing fits nicely on this part. these are not the cheapest avail but shipped to the store (no charge) was nice.
