I occasionally use my work laptop in the field and I wanted to be able to power/charge my laptop while in my vehicle. This 100-watt inverter seems to work fine with my laptop. It has a single USB charging port and a three prong plug. While I very infrequently use a printer in the field, I can foresee the inverter running a small printer. The voltage chart on the box comes in handy to show estimated voltage usage per appliance. Overall, it does the job and is compact.

I got this to charge my laptop on the go. Although it works fine from any of my SUV's interior power outlets, it was difficult to get the 3 prong laptop plug to fit into the inverter's AC outlet. I connected the inverter and laptop cord before plugging them into my vehicle and, though it works, it's still ill-fitting. The USB outlet works fine, but I feel I should keep an eye on it when it is attached to an AC plug. The packaging contains a helpful wattage reference list.

This is a called an inverter which means it can produce 100 watts of AC power from your 12 volt plug-in source from your vehicle. It can be used to power the following. Cell phone (24 watts), CD player (40 W), speakers (40W), camera charger (10W,) satellite dish (75W) printer (75W), laptop (85W) and any device that uses 100 watts or less. It uses a modified sine wave, has one AC port and one 2 amp USB port. Has it own built in overload protection. It will take a surge of up to 200 watts when the device using will first be plugged in . Compact and easy to store in your glovebox or purse. Carries a one year limited warranty.

Good for spur of the moment charging if your "working from home" but need to get your errands done. The fan is really loud but not bad. A little on the expensive side but good to have.

Both a 110volt and USB outlet in one compact hand held adapter. The plug has five positions and is the only adjustable feature. The back of the box has a quick look up chart so you can see what typical devices like a laptop, TV or toaster use, and what the adapter is actually suitable for. I use it for my laptop and phone while on long trips. I only need the one adapter to power both on the road. Fits in a pocket or purse and I recommend one for every glove box.

Relatively cheap little inverter which worked well to power a little air pump I use to blow up a mattress. Given the size I would not expect much more out of it or expect it to last all that long to be honest but I think most people will probably use this for a very specific need so make sure to calculate your power needs. If your device doesn't give a wattage rating, calculate using this formula: Wattage = Amperage x Volts. This means this will power a device that needs less than .8 amps of current at ~110-120 V.

WOW - what a clever device. I actually wish that I had seen this item years ago. It's nice to have 110 volts AC in the car whenever you need it. Granted that it's not something that's going to power some huge thing like an air compressor but it's really handy for items with low to moderate power consumption. I plan to buy a bunch of these for Christmas gifts this year.

I love this inverter. It's small, quiet and ready to use out of the box. Works just fine in the car and I can use with my generator when camping or during hurricanes in the event of power outages. A green light on the inverter lets you know when it's working properly. Inverter has a USB and AC outlet which allows you to charge two mobile devices at once. I use it to charge my tablet, cell phone, wireless ear buds and other wireless items. Great item to keep in your purse, toolbox, or glove box for people who live or work mobile.

RE Nature Power - 100-Watt Portable Battery Powered Inverter While I have swapped the 12-volts outlets in the front of my truck to USB, the rear is still the standard factory plug. The unit is rated is 100 watts, which is more than enough for most applications such as a laptop. I use this to power and/or charge the granddaughters tablets. In addition to the 110-volt outlet, it also has a USB port. So one girl can plug in to the 110-v port, while another can use the USB port. They are happy...keeps me happy.
