If can not use in the wooden door, any suggestion for modify it to fit 1 5/8 thickness or any other kit can use on the wooden door? thanks
ODL does not recommend any modifications to the Door Glass or Frame around the glass. ODL doesn't have any frame kits outside the sizes offered.
Can this frame kit use in the 1 5/8 thick wood door, and max and min cut-out Dim. on the 22 X 64 frame?
ODL replacement glass is made to go into a Steel or Fiberglass Door that is 1-3/4 inch thick. The frame would not be able to pull together properly in a Wood Door.

22x36 is the glass size. The 24x38 referenced by Home depot is the measurement of the trim around the glass

Correct. ODL door glass is sold as 1 each. A french door would need two.
