Can this be bend into a 90 degree angle?
It can, but you would need to be careful to not put it at too sharp of an angle. A 45 degree angle or less would be the best for optimal flow.

My contractor installed it under the kitchen sink, and I noticed there is some food stuck in the corrugated part already. I’m wondering if it would smell in the future? Does anyone have the same issue?
Food should be wiped into garbage and residue ran thru the garbage disposal side
I would sure think it could.
Yes it can smell as the food decomposes. If after the P-trap then you will not notice this but if before the P-trap you may notice some odors as the food rots.

I have this corner whirrlpool tub that sits on finished floor with no scerws or bolts achoring to the ground. This pipe seems logical as if tub moves ever so slightly then hard pipe plumbing would crack but this would hold . Wanted to get thoughts Thanks

To correct a sink to drain that is just one inch off center will this connection work?
Yes it should work nicely. Just wish HD would have something like this, only longer - use it to make a p-trap and then snake it to outlet.
