Questions & Answers
Where is this made? I am looking for a "Made in the USA" product. I googled the brand name and it is in the USA. However, my friend has this scale and it isn't made in the USA but she's had hers for awhile. Thanks for clarifying.
Hello, This item is manufactured in China. Thank you for your question.
The Ozeri we received was made in China according tp the box.
I bought the Ozen Pro Digital Kitchen scale (Model ZK12-SL) and it is made in China. It's very good and I have had no problem with it.
I just changed the batteries and it will not reset. keeps throwing some kind of codes. had this scale for 3 years only thing I did was change the batteries. Done this many times before before. It will not respond. Any ideas?

Howdy Beaver, There could be a bunch of reason this is happening. 1) Are these the correct batteries? rechargeable don't work well. 2) Are the batteries in backward? 3) Have you tried holding down both buttons for about 30 seconds when powering up? perhaps the scale got wet and in that case...it's not going to work. The price is very reasonable and perhaps purchasing a new one is in order. happy weighing, Coach Dave
For mixing multiple ingredients, can it be reset to zero after each ingredient is put into the container? .
Hey Lily, the scale does have a tare function that will be able to zero out the amount on the weighing plate.
what type are the batteries?
2 AAA.
TAKES 2 AAA which are included, it says that in the product overview (last line).
