Does this work in daylight

Bought 2 of these torches and placed in yard charged for 3 days tried turning on last night just flickered when button was pushed would not stay on no other light source around anybody else having this issue? Very disappointing

I just bought this and it doesn’t work it just flashes on for a second. Even after it has been in sun all day. Very disappointing.

If it is fully charged and if you have pushed the button one time, it will come on automatically at night when it gets dark. It will not come on during the day. What kind of other bugs does this kill other than mosquitoes.
