Great swing... but needs painting or poly to seal
My kids are pre-teens and have moved beyond the colorful disk swing. I wanted an affordable option that didn't look like a little kid swing and could hold their weight. This was the best option I found and I shipped to my local store to save on costs. Works great: the ropes have not moved from their adjustment; fits not only my kids, but me (139lb woman); wide and deep enough to feel comfortable/secure; no creaking or strain noticed on wood or ropes. It's been up for a little under a month and everything is as expected. Why 4 and not 5 stars?... the wood is not sealed at all. It would not weather well in my Florida weather that is not only extremely hot, but extremely humid. I put some stain on and 4 good coats of poly and let it dry for 10 days before hanging up.

This was exactly what my kids wanted. Everything is pretty solid and the height adjustment stays where you set it. Mine arrived with blue and green markings on the wood which come off with light sanding. If you want it to last, paint it or seal it before it's set up.

Doesn’t come with a way to attach to the tree
Cute swing! I probably should have checked the measurements - the seat is pretty narrow. (Also unfinished) Not the end of the world. Also important to note: this has ropes attached to it, but no real way to hang this from a tree limb, so I need to buy something else to make sure I can actually use it. The ropes come fixed in a slipknot with the hardware, but you can’t actually slide it onto a live tree branch. Maybe if you’re hanging it from a short branch with a clear end?

The swing was absolutely perfect for my 3-year-old granddaughter. A few thing I didn't think about when ordering was that I needed straps to hang it on a tree branch and that the wood on the swing isn't treated or painted to protect the wood over time but that gave us an opportunity to do some fun painting. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase!
