the Instruction take you through each step. 1. run your water, collect a sample of water (in a glass), open a test strip (well labeled), follow instruction about how long to dip test strip into sample and then match the test strip to chart in instructions. Very Simple.

Does this test meet all the requirements from the New Jersey water testing to sell a house

I doubt the accuracy of these test strips. I would locate a local water testing site in your county, which is expensive but I'm sure those results would be accepted.

It has a bacteria test in the kit. I used it when I bought a house with cash and was satisfied with the results. Whether a lender would accept the results would be up the lender.

Easy to use, worked great
We purchased this test as our health district had stopped testing well water for the county, and we would have had to send our water for analysis to a very pricey lab. We had used prolabs radon test before and were pleased to find out they had water ones. This test was VERY easy to use, just read and follow the instructions. For people who complain it is a positive or negative result only, what do you expect for this price? The labs had a million types of tests for about $100 and up EACH. We had no clue where to start. Buying this test gave us peace of mind about our water, and if anything had came back unsafe, this would have pointed us in the direction for more detailed testing. Tests were easy to use and read. I figure the people who had problems did not bother to follow the instructions. I especially liked the instant results. Though i do think prolab has other water testing kits that go into more detail if you do find a problem. Easy to use, easy to read results, great price, and peace of mind.

I find the results of these tests to be highly suspect. Most of the tests remained the same color; not a concern in and of itself. However, the 5 test strip did not turn any color on the compare chart whatsoever. I wouldn't waste my money on it. We have well water with a cornfield behind us that gets sprayed with pesticides. I highly doubt the results were accurate.
