      A:  No, if the harmonic balancer does not have 3 bolts you will not be able to use this kit. Please reference pulley puller 648443 to remove the harmonic balancer.

        A:  Yes, it is difficult to see in the pics but they are in the center of the large disk. They looks similar to two large washers pressed together. Not sure if there are actually smaller bearings inside but they glide very smoothly even with a lot of force pushed on them.

            This style puller/installer has to be the best design out there today. I used it to install a harmonic balancer on my 454 engine which is no easy task. The bearing made it slide on so easy I barely had to hold the cam from spinning. Worked so well I pulled and installed the balancer on my 350 too. From the pics I wasn't sure how it works but flip the disk around and it becomes a puller. Works much better than the old units because the the low profile bearing in the center of the disk reduces friction on the screw when pulling. One of the included tips also allows it to be used to pull things like steering wheels and bearings. So far the quality appears to be superior to the units sold and the auto parts stores. Great price and has everything you need for both pulling and installing all in one case.

            Bolts are not 5 Grade or better. Sell with stronger bolts and would be good set.
