A: I presume you are talking about the steel bracket that gets mounted to the wall? If so, to be on the safe side, I would reach out to the manufacturer for replacement part.
A: Please contact email@example.com for assistance
A: You can probably contact the company and order a replacement bracket.
A: We recommend that it be mounted to three wooden studs. If you mount to 2 studs, use a wall anchor at the 3rd & center location
A: You only need 2 studs as the weight will be distributed evenly once you attached the desk onto the bracket . I installed this desk in my son's room more than a year ago and it has been great for him.
A: Yes. With toggle bolts.
A: As long as you anchor it to the wall studs. Do not mount to just drywall
A: It is imperative that you mount the desk to the vertical studs in the wall (and not just the horizontal lathes)
A: Absolutely. We also hit three studs (16" to Center) with supplied cross-bar.
A: I believe the instructions came with numbers of replacement parts and a phone number to call or online website that you can order individual parts from. Hope that helps.
