I tried this rust remover with limited results. It did clean the concrete good, which many of the products on the market will do, whether it did any damage to surface will be seen over time. The rust marks were still there after using the product at full strength and letting it sit for 5 minutes, rinsed. I reapplied because I wasn't happy with the results, waited 10 minutes, still saw the rust, took the wire brush to it and you can see the results. It did an ok job but didn't do what you would want in a stain and rust remover. Couldn't hurt trying it and seeing if it works for you before trying more drastic measures. Might get just as good a result with power washer, but didn't try that yet.

Finally, a product that will take the nasty stains from my well water off my vinyl fence! I thought I'd tried about everything and had come to the conclusion that nothing would work, but this one does. As can be seen in the pictures, my fence had 10 years of accumulated rust stains, and this product will take them off!. This gate is a perfect indication of "before and after". I was so impressed I stopped and got my camera. The directions on the jug indicate several ways to apply this product. I chose to put it on with a rag. I poured some of the liquid into a disposable container and just put the rag in, got it wet and started spreading it on the fence. The directions state "no scrubbing required". However, I did quite a bit of reapplying and some rubbing with the rag, with lots of rinsing in between. I am glad I don't have a long stretch of fence as it would certainly take a while to get it all - and a warmer day to work on it. But for the relatively small price for this product, it sure beats the heck out of new fence or trying to paint a vinyl fence. Be sure and take proper handling precautions. One other thing I like is that it doesn't have a nasty smell.

The instructions say that you don't need to scrub when in fact it's your only chance at reducing the stain whatsoever. I would shake it like anything else and applied this product 3 times in perfect warm shady weather, left to soak, scrubbed with more on, and power washed it. To me it smells like the stuff I've used to clean stains off of raw wood to prepare it for staining. It does somewhat work however, so it's not useless.

I have some persistent rust stains in my sink and nothing seems to get them off. I also have some black stains on the wall of the sink that I want removed.
This gallon sized container is ready to use from the bottle. Apply full strength with a sprayer, sponge, rag, etc.
Use gloves, safety glasses (as with any strong acidic cleaner) and make sure you have a window open if you use this indoors.
This can be sprayed on metal, concrete, patio block, tile, etc.
Leave it on for a few minutes and as you see the stains disappear, you can either scrub for more effect or just hose off.
Used in regular applications they say this is plant safe, so cleaning your patio won't kill the grass.
I applied this to my sink stains and they mostly came off. I'd say 90% gone, which is great! (See before and after pics on my review) I left it on for ten minutes and washed it off. I'm sure scrubbing would have cleaned the rest off.
I'd recommend it. It works.

Great product. I used it on a very badly rust...
Great product. I used it on a very badly rust stained trex front porch. It probably took about 8-10 applications as well as wire brushing but all the rust came off. I would recommend this to someone who has tried everything else and need a professional cleaner
