Q:Came with 9 watt bulbs. I have a stash of 10 watt. I am hoping wiring sufficient for 10 watt. I would like light that the 15.5 watt (100 incandescent equivalent) puts out. Specs state what it comes with, not max. What is max wattage?

Husband says this light was easy to install. It gives just the right amount of ambient light for us -- we installed a dimmer switch since we don't usually need the light full-strength -- and the design is okay.

Great replacement for the builder grade LED
Great replacement for the builder grade LED. The builder grade LED light can't be modified so once it goes out you have to replace the entire light kit. This kit replaces the builder grade LED light with two standard replaceable light bulbs.

Excellent light kit for my Casablanca fan. Using simple screws to hold the globe sure beats any kind of bayonet mounting. And the LED bulbs are cooler and more efficient that halogen fixtures.

We moved to a house that had sort of a half second story - just one big room with a ceiling fan but not enough overhead lighting. I was happy to find a way to add a light to the existing fan, which was a much more affordable option than installing recessed lighting and more convenient than buying lamps. The kit worked perfectly, and the light looks like it came with the fan. Very happy with this solution!
