A:  I wouldn't think it would hold three adult sized bikes but you could probably do two adult bikes and a child size bike. It will hold about 3 Rubbermaid storage containers if they are the smaller size.

A:  If you strap them together. Rack is certainly strong enough to handle the weight if it is secured properly to the wall.

A:  Yes, if use you use strong anchors like a Lag Shield anchors for block or brick and lag bolts sized for the anchors. I recomment 3/8" for the top ones. The bottom ones are not so critical. Weight on the shelf will try to pull the top away from the wall.

A:  Yes, I believe so as long as you use appropriate fasteners. It’s a very heavy, well built shelf.

You will want to consult an authority on what type of fastener to use however - it depends on the age of your cinder block and humidity levels in the environment where you are. Older concrete block can dry out and crumble. The supplied fasteners are intended for use with timber frame structures, so you will want to source your own concrete lag bolts that are best for use with the type of block that you have and the hardness thereof.
