The Quickie Microfiber duster did not meet my expectations. The end of it is not covered which makes dusting corners impossible. It scrapes/scratches the corners. I do not use it and plan to return it.

Easily broken
This item came broken with no visible signs of the box being damaged. It was well packaged with bubble wrap, but after looking at it, it would appear that it quite possibly could be easily broken. The top portion is a very thin long necked hard plastic (see photo). I did like the extension pole though. It seemed to operate well and was long enough. The actual duster seemed a bit large and heavy though for what I would need to use it for. Overall, the neck of the duster is long and just very very thin and the duster itself it too large and heavy.

Reaches the really high ceiling fans easily
I finally cleaned my ceiling fan! I could contour the duster to clean the top of the blade and the pole extended easily and twist locked at the length I needed. Some dust did fall to the floor as I slid the duster over the blade, but I could see that most was collected in the duster itself. The duster part unscrews for easy shaking off or hand-washing. I store the duster on the shortened pole in the closet.
I also experimented cleaning some full size blinds. It did a decent job after I applied some pressure on the duster.

Great For High Places
This duster extends far enough to reach the chandelier and walls in my two-story foyer. It has a large head though and that makes it a little difficult to clean all the curves on the chandelier without getting caught. I'm sure it would be great for other types of chandeliers though. I will definitely be using it to dust all of my ceiling fans as well.

Love it!
The Quickie Microfiber Flexible Static Duster is easy to use and easy to clean. I love it! Cleaning the ceiling fan in my living room is usually a chore, but the Duster made it quick and simple. I was able to bend the duster to fit over the fan blades and remove all the dirt without having to resort to a wobbly step stool and rags. That makes it worth its weight in gold to me. The 'mop' part of the duster just needs to rinsed out to clean it, and it's ready to go again. The mop is soft enough to use as a duster for framed pictures, ceramic items, etc, as long as you are careful. I highly recommend this product.
