Horrible product
Leaks condensation like crazy from the ice shelf on top. Spoils all my food underneath Will be calling the company on Monday to try to have them honor the warranty since I bought it only nine months ago

Bad deal for sure!
I bought this from Home Depot and yes, it comes with a one year warranty, but that's a joke. 18 months after purchase, it stopped keeping things cold, though the compressor kept working. Home Depot wants no part of the problem, and sends you to Curtis, the company that apparently owns RCA. After hours of online research, it appeared the most common problems are the relay and overheat switch, so I wrote to see if they carried the parts. What a joke! After going back and forth numerous emails later, they said they don't HAVE those parts, and when I sent them a link for what looks like the same parts from another vendor , they refused to advise if those parts would work or not. So your crappy fridge fails and you neither carry the parts nor know where to get replacements? That is seriously lame. $150 down the drain and now I have to pay to have it taken to the dump as well? Pathetic.

Freezer does not work —- Customer service is useless....
Freezer does not work —- Customer service is useless. Have to fill out more forms on Internet take pictures of receipts, and then they will get back with me in a week to 10 days. I guess I was fooled by the RCA name on the front, thinking that it associated quality of product and customer service. Big mistake. Price and service from Home Depot was great. Manufactures service good joke, and it’s not even April fools.

Plugged it in to make sure it was working, it got extremely hot on the top and both sides, unplugged it, packed it back up, returned it. It wasn't very sturdy, it was wobbly even when I adjusted the feet on the bottom. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. Very poorly made.
