You could if you're willing to deal with the stench indoors. This fly trap will definitely do the job though.

How to you actually dispose of the dead flies and liquid in the trap?

By the time I was ready to dispose of the trap, the liquid had all been evaporated or absorbed. I tossed the whole thing into the dumpster, but would've tried scraping out the flies with a spoon or something if I planned to use a liquid refill packet.

Our trap and the one I got for our neighbor started catching the next day, but they really started piling in after a few day. We have had ours going for about a week now, and there is already about an inch solid mass of dead flies floating and MANY other live ones still buzzing around. Again, it has only been about a week now.

Great items
While it stinks it surely attracts the flies and I have noticed a decrease in flies coming in the house. I ordered more to catch all of them lol

THIS FLY TRAP IS AMAZING AND "DOES WORK EXTREEMLY WELL"... WHAT IS WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO SAY IT DOESN'T WORK?
I read a few reviews and I have no IDEA WHY ON EARTH YOU'D PUT THIS RIGHT IN YOUR BREEZE WAY by your home???? Are you SERIOUS????? You put it as far away from your house as you can..... I have this one up and there are thousands dead inside and hundreds flying around inside, just waiting to die!!! Landlord dumps all the Goat "POOP & URINE SOAKED BEDDING ABOUT !00 ft from my door...... I bought 2 more of their disposable traps and they are getting filled up and hundreds of flies are INSIDE swarming around...... THESE ABSOLUTELY DO WORK.... CHECK OUT THE PHOTO'S TO PROVE IT.... and They are 150 feet from my place and they all FLOCK OVER TO THE STENCH... of which I cannot smell, would NEVER put it right by my home!

This fly trap works very well. It is simple to use. The bait is very effective. The reusable trap is less expensive in the long run than the disposable traps, and you can catch more flies at a time with it. This product surpassed my expectations. It only took four days for the trap to be full of flies, which was very surprising to me. I have cleaned it out three times now and added new bait. The flies in our area have been very bad this year, but the trap has decreased the fly population around our home considerably. The only downside is in disposing of the captured flies and cleaning the trap -- it is a very smelly job.

Holy cow this thing works!
Not one to write reviews... but by golly this thing works wonders! Didn't even have it set up for 30 days and the amount of flies in it was crazy. At first I was skeptical because the first day or so there was no luck.. but I have no skepticism now!

It took about 2 hours for the attractant to activate in the water, but when it did the flies could not stay away. As the trap filled with flies and the attractant got more pungent, the smell was bad enough we had to move it farther from the house. I emptied it after 30 days and it was FULL of flies. Simple to use, effective, and reusable.
