All I know is that I can use it for my common refrigerator that I use over the road driving my tractor trailer. It has it very well, but as far as a more powerful home type refrigerator, I cannot tell you pretty much suggestion is read the specs on how much wattage that it is recommended

Mike. The box reads lifetime warranty yet when I tried to register mine the item number could not be found on warranaty registration website.
I would not recommend using it in wet conditions. Plug caps are not waterproof.
Look on the name plate for the AMP if is 15 or las yes you can.
