Q:What is the actual voltage output of this USB portable power supply adapter widget? 2amps tells me amperage output but not voltage output. All cellphone chargers have a low voltage output, for example 5V, depending on what brand name phone you own.

Tight Fit Around USB Port
Could use a design improvement: a better ergonomic fit around the USB port to allow fingers to actually grasp both sides of the USB cable end to unplug (either top & bottom, both sides, or both). Current design is very tight fit around the USB outlet (bottom & left side), forcing you to yank on the fragile cable itself to remove, instead of grasping the plug itself.

USB Charger
The charger works perfect. The power range seems unlimited for over 12 hours. Fully charged my Moto X 6 times on a 4amp battery. It's well worth the price.

It provided a convenience I never had before. However, it doesn't charge as fast as the battery back-up that you'd get from the after market. For the size and weight, I was hoping for at least as fast as those even with same lighting-cable.
