I bought this kit, because all the power tools I bought are from Ryobi and they worked great. I thought it was a good idea to stay with Ryobi; but that was not a good idea, because this kit is so cheap that as soon as I started using the drill bits they would break off in the wood like match sticks, and I had to ruin some boards trying to dig them out. I called Ryobi Manufacturing to let them know, and I got a canned response from an uninterested service rep. Her response: just bring it back to the store. No sorry or anything. I was aggravated that her salary was being paid by my unending loyalty, and she couldn't even manage a sorry. Maybe she had the Monday morning blues. Anyway I'm on my way back to the HD.
