3 broken bits, 1 removed screw
Broke all 3 within 20 minutes trying to get a screw out of a 4x4.

Good bitse
I am enjoying these bits. The shaft length is just about perfect for most of my applications. And the diamond grit on the bit is genius. The bit stays engaged in the screw much better than a normal bit. Being able to reduce the likelihood of boogering the fastener is a great thing. In the last photo I am fastening some heavy wood and the bit worked like a champ.

Great quality!
Love this 22 piece 1” impact rated drive bit set made by Ryobi. The diamond grit coating on the Phillips bits really helps the bits securely hold the screws. I found I don’t have to push on the drill like my life depends on it to keep from stripping the screws. This kit also includes some of the other most common types of bits you need like square, torque/star, flat head and Allen head. Also includes an impact rated bit holder. All the bits are clearly labeled. Keep in mind the included torque bits are not the security type with the hole in the middle. I love the included case that doesn’t take up much space in the tool box but securely holds all the bits.

Nice Grip
The RYOBI 3-1/2-inch diamond grit impact drive bits come in a 3-piece set. The bits are great for longer reach like in deep countersunk holes and the diamond grit really holds onto the screw with a lot less chance of slippage. The bits have a 20X longer life than regular bits and have 2 times stronger grip than conventual driver bits. The bits are designed for impact with less chance of breakage.

Fits, Holds, Drives screws nice
I have a box of aluminum 3" screws that have been very hard to drive successfully and the head strips easily. The diamond grit on this bit seems to grab and hold the screw very good and after drilling several screws with it all went in nice and able to extract easily with out the head stripping. I can not comment yet on the 20 times longer life claim but will give a thumbs up to the 2 times stronger grip claim. About the only negative is has a very faint PH2 marking. I tried filling in with chalk but the the indentation is not deep enough to hold.

Excellent Quality
This set is the very best you can buy. Comes in a storeage kit to keep them organizes. Has a belt clip to carry it with you without losing it. Tight lid with a safety snap. It has an impact bit holder that can be used in a drill, or with a socket set. Diamond grit gives good grip without stripping screw heads out. 21 different bits to choose from for the right job.

Bits, Bits and More Bits
Ryobi’s assortment of drive bits were a very precisioned fit in all the screws I tried. Only the six Phillips bits have the “Diamond Grit” applied to them. This material grabbed the screw very well, which should result in much fewer stripped out heads. As you can see in the photo of the retail card attached to this holder, there are straight, Phillips, star (think Torx), hex (think Allen) and square (think Robertson) bits. The bits fit well in the case, and don’t all spill out when opened. The rapid-change bit holder has a very strong magnet in it, so bits don’t drop out during use. I’m not sure why a belt clip was put on the storage case for these bits, but it could be a convenient way for some tradesperson to carry this assortment around, if desired.

A top quality drive bit set
The 22-piece RYOBI 1-inch Diamond Bit Set is a top quality drive bit set. However, with that said, I am confused about one small detail regarding this drive bit set; the set is called a 22-piece Diamond Bit Set, but I believe only the six Phillips bits are diamond grit. But be that as it may, you won’t be disappointed with the usual RYOBI high quality. And as an added bonus, the handy belt loop is convenient also.

Nice bits
These 3-1/2 in Ryobi diamond grit coated Phillips head screw bits are made in Vietnam. They coat the tip with diamond grit to increase grip and reduce camming out and stripping screws.
The bit attaches well to standard quick release collets.
I tried it on a drywall screw into a 2x4 and had no problems with fit or function.
It will take time to judge whether the 20x longer life or 2x stronger grip are true. I expect these to give good service over time.
