Can I stick these on backsplash by sink

Asked by: Tag
If you have flies, little bugs, or spiders that hang out on the backsplash, yes, you can put the strips there, and they will catch the flies, spiders, and little bugs that land or crawl onto the strip. If the strips don't stick well in this area, as there is just a very thin line of adhesive, you can add some transparent tape to each side or the top of each corner. Once, we did have some big bugs that did not stay stuck on the traps. Those big bugs seemed most attracted to the drains in the sink, and would often be found in the morning in the sink area. I would watch these big bugs get caught on the fly traps in the windows, and they would wiggle their way off of them. We had to catch and kill the big bugs individually, but putting and leaving about an ounce of bleach down the drains each evening seemed to keep them away. These strips are MOST effective placed in the corner of a window, or on the side of a light.
