Cheap Plastic - No Star - Junk
Ordered a soft close device, but when I opened it was missing the plastic latch. I called the manufacturer, gave them my address and phone, email. They never shipped the missing parts. So I bought a second. Once you trim out the door, you will not be able to replace this device without demolition of the trim. While installing the door, it came off the rollers and cracked the closer. Took it apart and used the replacement, which also broke while getting the door back on track. Trash!

Works well. I think I need a heavier door. With the pressure it takes to disengage, my hollow door wants to come off the track. Fortunately the racket frame hold it in place. I would buy it again but get a heavier door

The soft close works really well. It really does. The problem that I have is that is works too well at keeping the door shut. Unless you have a substantial handle to open the door you may want to pass on the product. If only there was a way to adjust it.
