The Rockford Fosgate R2SD2 12 12 in. Prime R2 1000-Watt 2 Ohm DVC Shallow Subwoofers are built to give you the bass you desire when space is limited. They can handle 500-Watt of MAX power per sub (1000-Watt per pair) and 250-Watt of RMS power per sub (500-Watt per pair). An elevated motor structure that reduces speaker depth allow them to fit into tight spaces. These subwoofers use an anodized aluminum voice coil former that provides superior heat dissipation (up to 100° at max power levels). They have the capacity to handle power under continuous demand, conforming to CEA 2031 industry standards, and the stitched tinsel leads improve reliability and performance by reducing fatigue and possible shorting.
