Don’t buy it
Sales department were very receptive. Received immediate assistance from them. The number one selling point was the life warranty on the windows. Answered all my questions. Window was installed in May, when winter arrived there was a draft. We called the warranty department. They came out and found nothing wrong but decided to caulk the outside window. Every winter we would call about the draft and every year “nothing was wrong”. Now I have rotting, soft, moist wood with peeling paint where we have the draft. Guess what? Warranty department is dropping the ball. Warranty department takes my message and says we will get a call back but no one calls. It’s been over a month with calls to the warranty department. They tell us someone will call back within 24-48 hours. But no call. When we call them back, they have no record of us calling. We are going in circles. So now I have rotting moist wood on a window with a
“life time warranty” and no warranty department taking responsibility. Poor service. Don’t waste your time. Sales rep was knocking down our door for a sale but now when we need their assistance, we are being ignored.
