Q:Theres no instructions I don’t know how to open the bottom to put the batteries

Answer This Question

A:  I am sorry your bottle did not have the instructions enclosed. To install the batteries; twist the base cap counter clockwise until it stops (use a coin if it easier there is an indent in the middle of the base for this). Once the base cap is off insert the batteries (3AAA) into the battery compartment according to polarity markings. The Soap Brite Unit will only light up in the darkness. Hope you find this helpful.

        The pump wont pump!
        Love the colors and the concept. Received this as a gift and was excited to set it up. Unfortunately, it will not pump.

          The best soap dispenser ever!
          Although it was a little difficult to set up initially, this is my favorite soap dispenser! I gives off the perfect light during the night for those nighttime visits. The kids love getting to chose the colors.
