Carlos, this is McKenzie from Simpson Strongtie. We carry the IS16-R which is 16" on center, and the IS24-R is 24" on center. We recommend you follow insulation manufacturers installation instructions. Thanks.
Good morning Quinn, this is McKenzie with Simpson Strong-Tie. The installation supports wouldn't be able to restrain cellulose if it doesn't harden after installation. They are designed for supporting insulation between wood joists. Outside of that installation method we do not know how those would perform.
